A Phenomenal Sensation
A kinesthetic exploration of how shifting your attention can increase the intensity of your senses. You are guided through simply gently touching your wrist with your fingers, modulating the speed and pressure as directed, and allowing simply your active focus and attention to make that sensation more intense. You will be praised throughout, perhaps a bit excessively, as your sensitivity becomes so intense you stop being able to think about anything else but the pleasurable sensations you are giving yourself. Then, we come back down to normal, and appreciate how amazing your mind is, and how impressive it is that you can create experiences like that using only your imagination.
Content Warnings: Lots of praise with mild and gentle D/s overtones, "for me" language, ambiguous suggestions to feel "pleasure." Sensory overload and very very light touches which some might find to be a bad sensation.
I originally wrote this script for the Hypnosis Haven Round Robin, and my friend Derg did an incredible job recording it which I honestly couldn't beat. I am so proud of this script though, so I wanted to try my own take at recording it so I can share it here for all of you as well.

I have an experiment for you. Would you like to participate? Good. I'm glad to hear it. Let's begin then.
I want you to expose one of your wrists and its matching forearm. It could be your left wrist, or your right wrist, but choose one and roll up any sleeves, remove any watches or bracelets, and make it all exposed and accessible.
Good. Very good. You are already doing so well. Now let us begin.
Take two fingers and gently brush them down the inside of your exposed wrist. Slowly, and gently, run those two fingers from just past the base of your palm, onto your inner wrist, and up your forearm. Very slowly, and very gently.
Good. That is excellent. You follow instructions very well. Just think about how that feels. Focus on that soft sensation. The way your fingers brush all the tiny hairs and nerves on your skin. The way your skin feels to be caressed like that. Fantastic.
Now, I want you to return those two fingers to where they started, and carress that inner wrist again, and this time, I want you to use half as much pressure as before. Use those two finers to carress your wrist twice as gently, twice as softly, twice as light as before. Good. Notice how that changes that sensation now. Does changing the pressure make it feel stronger, even as the touch is lighter? Does it feel more intense? More pleasurable, perhaps? Wonderful. You can just keep repeating those soft gentle strokes as I speak to you and you listen to my instructions. You're so good at this.
Now, cut the pressure in half yet again. Use half as much pressure than before to caress your wrist with those two fingers, so slowly and twice as light, from the base of your palm, down to your inner wrist, and up your inner forearm. Slowly, and very very lightly. Good. You're doing very well. Do you notice how, perhaps, that pleasant sensation is now twice as strong? Focusing all of your attention on that sensation tunes your mind into the importance of that feeling, and in doing so, you tune out everything else. There is only my voice, your fingers, and your skin. Your other senses can soften and dim as you increase the sensitivity of your tactile senses, to collect more data, more input, and more sensation. Excellent.
Now, try to touch your wrist so lightly that you are barely touching anything at all. Just graze the very tips of your fingers to only the outermost layer of skin. See if you can apply the least pressure possible. Running those fingers from your wrist right up the middle of that inner forearm, right in the middle, where perhaps you have the most visible veins and arteries, where perhaps the skin is the most sensitive of all. Let the volume of the sensation increase and become even more intense, and even more pleasurable to you. Perhaps you can imagine that right where you are caressing is a special switch, and every time you run those two finger up that switch, it turns up the sensitivity of your skin, making every touch all the more intense, and all the more pleasurable. Just keep repeating those gentle strokes, turning up the sensitivity more and more every time.
Can you go even lighter now? Can you touch so lightly, that it becomes ambiguous if you are even touching your skin? Perhaps you are exclusively brushing tiny hairs now, perhaps that incredible strong sensation you are feeling is only the sensation of the small amout of warmth emanating from your fingers as they run along that switch, increasing the sensitivity yet still, increasing the pleasure even more. Your skin is now so sensitive that even just that smallest amount of proximity feels like being touched. Even just the wamrth of your fingertips feels so intense now.
Good. You are such an excellent subject. You are doing so well. I am so proud of you. You are responding so well to these suggestions and it pleases me greatly. I hope that these sensations are (pause and emphasis) pleasing to you as well.
Now, given how sensitive that skin has become, so that even these lightest of touches feel so strong, I wonder if you can imagine what it might feel like, if we then increased the pressure again? If barely touching skin at all feels so intense, what would it feel like when you increase the pressure?
I want you to increase the pressure of your touch now, just a little. Can you do that for me? Yes, you can. Very good. Thank you. Does that feel even more intense now? Now that your skin has become so sensitive, you can increase the pressure of your carresses little by little, still touching so slowly, so lightly, yet the sensation is so loud, so strong, and so pleasurable.
As you incrase the pressure of your touch just a little more, that sensation gets louder than all of your thoughts could ever be. All you can focus on is that intense wonderful feeling. You'll have to simply follow my instructions, and trust that they will lead you somewhere good, because with all that sensory information that your mind has to process, you need to offload the task of thinking onto someone else, and I'm right here, so let me guide you further so you can just focus on processing all that touch.
Increase the pressure a little more. The sensitivity continuing to rise. The repeition of the strokes so automatic now. You are doing such a good job at my following my instructions and it makes me so happy. Increase the pressure further, returning now to the amount of presure you started with, only now it feels so incredible, so intense, so different from how it was when we started. I'm proud of you. You're handling this very well. Your mind is such an incredible thing. It's incredible how you can adjust and change your own conscious experiences of the world like this. Here you are, doing exactly the same motions as how we started, only look at you, the way you now respond to this gentle touch. Perhaps the pleasure of your own carress drives you to moan or whimper. Perhaps your breathing becomes labored.
Press into your skin now, and increase the speed of your caress. Apply more pressure, running those fingers up more quickly now. So intense, so sensitive, so incredible. Mind full of only sensation, only my instructions. You are such an amazing hypnotic subject. Your mind is extraordinary. You have done so well.
Now stop. Let your hands rest gently at your sides. Let the sensation fade. Catch your breath. Let yourself feel calm. Still. Easy. Gentle. Find, in your mind, that dial that adjusts the sensitivity of your skin, and turn it down again. Turn it back down to where it was when we started. Bring yourself back to a normal level of sensitivity. Allow that intense sensitivity to fade and relax and mellow out to a nice easy balanced place.
Good. You did such a good job for me today. I have to say, I am very impressed. Your mind is wonderful, and you are amazing. Thank you for going on this journey with me. As we let everything mellow out, and ease back into a balanced center, you can feel your thoughts returning to you. The sensation retreats and leaves room for thinking again. You can find yourself floating up to a normal state of consciousness, at an easy and comfortable pace for you. Until, soon after I stop speaking, you find yourself back where you started, in a normal state of waking consciousness, bringing with you only a pleasant memory, and whatever you learned about your mind through this experience.
